Return & Refund Policy

WildStride, LLC ("WildStride," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products, memberships, and gift memberships purchased through our Services.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both members and non-members. Items must meet the conditions described below.
2. Eligible Items for Return
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Certain categories are final sale and non-returnable: underwear, masks, food and beverage products, cosmetics, fragrances, soaps, and other items marked "final sale" at checkout.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will exclude any shipping costs paid on the original order.
- Please allow standard processing time (typically 5–10 business days after receipt).
4. Exchanges
- We allow size and color exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests follow the same 30-day return window and product condition requirements.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Free returns are provided for eligible products, excluding final-sale items.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging and returning the item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@wildstride.com.
- Provide order details and photos, if requested.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund if replacement is unavailable.
7. Membership Refunds
- WildStride offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for memberships. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your membership fee within 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days, membership fees are non-refundable.
8. Gift Memberships
Gift memberships follow the same terms as other memberships, with these additional conditions:
- Refunds for unused gift memberships may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Once a gift membership has been redeemed by the recipient, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

To start a return, exchange, or membership refund request:

10. Policy Updates
WildStride may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
